Fun fact: When you enroll in Little Legacies childcare, your child is grandfathered into our before and after school care programs at your selected location. There are limited spots available and time frames in place to allow our waitlist opportunity too.
Little Legacies offers distinctive onsite before and after school programs directly within the schools your children attend, providing convenience and continuity. At Grins and Giggles, our spacious, secure, central location includes its own fenced green space and easy access to local parks. We balance structured activities with flexible, interest-driven learning opportunities, fostering early numeracy, literacy, and creative play.
We do accept subsidies and we are opted into
Child Care Operating Funding to reduce costs for parents.
We believe in building meaningful connections with Nanaimo families and the wider community. Little Legacies proudly employs 32 dedicated staff members and serves hundreds of children. Our innovative Junior Leadership Program empowers responsible young individuals to gain practical experience while developing valuable life skills. Through close collaboration with local schools and licensing bodies, we maintain the highest standards of safety and care, ensuring a positive legacy for every child entrusted to our care.
